Church Lane Bus Stop

Please note the following information received from Derbyshire County Council on the Church Lane bus stop. This is a bus company decision  – The route for service 59A through Breadsall is Brookside Road  – Rectory Lane – Moor Road and vice versa as registered with the Traffic Commissioners. Notts and Derby will continue to run service  59A via Church Lane until Saturday 14th October. From Monday 16th October 2023 the service will run as per the registered route logged with the Traffic Commissioners. This delay in reverting to the registered route will allow drivers to inform affected passengers that the service will no longer serve Church Lane. This was discussed at the Parish Council last night and the Clerk was asked to write to the bus company to raise concerns over this, any affected residents who wish to raise this direct with the company can contact them via nottsderby.co.uk.
