NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a vacancy exists for a Parish Councillor to serve on the Breadsall Parish Council.
Any ten electors for the said Parish may by notice in writing to the Returning Officer, Town Hall, Ilkeston, DE7 5RP within 14 days from the date of this notice (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and the days of any Bank Holiday break) request that an election should be held to fill this vacancy.
In the absence of a request for an election as aforesaid, the vacancy will be filled by Breadsall Parish Council by co-option.
